A Treehouse birthday party offers parents the best in birthday party fun! A climate-controlled, fun, kid-friendly environment, a private party room with plenty of space to decorate and a dedicated party host* to take the stress out of the whole thing! PARTY FLOW – 30 MIN PLAY, 30 MIN PARTY ROOM, 30 MIN PLAY  Your Treehouse Party Host greets you at the door with a cart to grab any party supplies from your car. Then they’ll go over the party flow confirming all the details and any add ons for your special event. At your discretion, the party host will either do all of the decorating of the party room or help with decorations for your party, prepare the cake table, and dining tables for the party guests. Party hosts will direct party flow, keep the party on schedule, gather guests in the party room and serve all food, drinks and cake for the party guests. (You may bring your own decorations or purchase a themed party package add on from us.) As kids and adults finish up their last bites of cake your party host will start all of the clean up so that you can get back to your guests and the party! We do all the heavy lifting so that you can enjoy this special day with your kids, friends and family. Party hosts will alert guests to the end of the party and pass out party favors on departure as well as pack up and load any items brought from home and birthday presents into your vehicle at the completion of the party. *18% Gratuity for your party host is added to each party and is calculated on the cost of the party and food associated with your party. You are welcome to tip more for outstanding service! All Treehouse Party Room Parties Include: 1.5 hours of exclusive use of the treehouse play area for you and your guests. 16 children ages eight and younger and up to 30 adults. (additional children and adults will be charged at the rate of $5 and $2.50 respectively) Complimentary White Paper Plates & Napkins, (not table cloths) Complimentary Use of 4 kid-sized wooden picnic tables, 1 cake table, refrigerator, and microwave. 15 min extra set up time beginning 15 min prior to the start of the party. 30 min of dedicated party room time for dining, snacks, and cake. (Party room time ends one hour into your party time. All guests, besides those helping with clean up, need to exit the party room one hour into the party slot. If you are looking to use the party room during the entirety of your playtime, have more than 20 adults coming, mostly adults coming, out of town guests coming or plan on having lunch or dinner as a substantial part of your party you will be better served by a Treehouse Event.)
