This class combines all our offerings at Sweat into a 45 minute, full body workout. With elements of yoga, Pilates, barre and HIIT, you'll get your heart rate up while working every single muscle. Each workout will be totally different, but challenging nonetheless, and is perfect for anyone looking to amp up their existing routine or introduce themselves to new workouts. All levels welcome; evening classes heated to 95 degrees, lunch classes will be unheated.
Doors will open 15 minutes prior to class start. No students will be admitted five minutes past class start. Please bring a mat, towel and water. We do have filtered water and small hand towels available for your convenience. Our rental mats are limited and on a first come, first serve basis.
