About the Class

Grit + Gratitude is our signature 50-minute class, designed to energize, strengthen, and restore. Each session begins with a warm-up on the Power Plate, followed by cardio and core work to elevate your heart rate and prepare your body for the reformer blocks. Once on the reformer,  you’ll move through the fluid, focused, full-body strength work you love about Pilates. Tap into your grit, challenge yourself, and let your strength lead the way.  We then finish with a calming stretch and meditation to reset, recharge, and restore balance to the body and nervous system.
