

Hot Flow The Hot Flow class is designed to warm the body (be prepared to sweat!), open and expand the heart. Hot Flow promotes the alignment of movement and breath by combining static yoga postures into a dynamic flow. You will be flowing from one yoga posture to the next with the addition of more Chaturanga Dandasana (Staff Pose) which are always optional. The class is divided into a standing series of hot flow yoga followed by floor series of backbends, abdominal core work and hip openers. Our Teachers always include progressive postures for those students ready to step up their practise to the next level, meaning you have control over where you take each posture to. Modifications and options are provided throughout the class for all levels and abilities. The flow series is particularly good for improving upper body strength and stamina. The temperature in the Hot Flow class is slightly lower than in the Hot Yoga classes, between 35 - 38C, due to the continual movement in the class! Suitable for all levels, beginners welcome.
