About the Class

This one-hour version of a HOT yoga class combines strength building beginner postures with heat. If you've ever been nervous to try hot yoga, allow us to show you how accesible it can be! This HOT Yoga class uses the radiant heat from our state-of-the-art Infrared Heaters to warm you throughout your practice, without the suffocating feeling of ambient heat. Towel and water bottles are recommended. Class is beginner-friendly and beginners are welcome to attend.

Special Instructions

Using our state of the art infrared heaters, the studio is heated to 95 degrees F for this class. If you have any condition that makes a heated practice inappropriate, please refrain from attending this class. Please bring water to be sure you stay hydrated.
