Integrative Somatic Yoga (ISY) blends the healing practices of yoga with somatic movement therapy. Somatic movement is practiced mindfully and consciously with the focus on the internal experience through slow gentle mindful movements. ISY also incorporates diaphragmatic breathwork, pandiculation, and guided imagery meditation to provide a holistic healing practice appropriate for all levels.
