This class is aimed at advancing your Pilates practice beyond the foundational level. It's ideal for those ready to tackle new challenges after mastering the basics. You'll experience more complex movements that emphasize coordination and strength, utilizing higher resistance levels to enhance endurance. The class varies in pace, moving from moderate to faster speeds as directed by the instructor. Modifications are always available to ensure inclusivity, and you'll have the opportunity to use all equipment—reformer, tower, and chair—for intermediate-level exercises.
