About the Class

Muay Thai Intermediate  Class Description: The Muay Thai Intermediate classes will include pad work, partner drills, sparring drills, and live sparring with technical application. At the intermediate level, students will have the opportunity to begin applying techniques and concepts in live rounds (sparring). Students must have a baseline understanding of Muay Thai offense and defense, as well as beginning to develop their attributes such as balance and composure.    Required Equipment: hand wraps, boxing gloves, mouthpiece, leather shinguards (not cloth), ranked shirt, Muay Thai shorts, knee pads, elbow pads, open-faced headgear.    Minimum Rank Required: Orange shirt and above
