No Pre-Req. This class is perfect for those just starting their pole journey and looking to dip their toes into the world of Pole Fitness, or for those who need a refresher after taking a break. You will work on building full body strength and grip while learning the fundamentals of pole including spins, walks, low-ground tricks, and some prep for climbs and sits.
