Pole 101 provides basics like walking around the pole, floorwork, hip swivels, leg waves, and body rolls that will build strength and help you learn some dance elements.  If you never had any pole experience before you can start with this class or if you want to challenge yourself you can start with “Pole Fit 1” and learn pole fundamentals like pole climbing, basic grips, and spins around the pole.
