In this Restorative class, we use comforting positions to regulate the nervous system and promote flexibility with an added aspect of live meditative sounds peremeating the space. Using props, this class holds restorative poses for longer periods of time enabling deep relaxation and flexibility. This is an all levels class highly beneficial for those looking to gain flexibility and ease anxiety.
