Soul Flow is our Vinyasa Flow class. Vinyasa is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which emphasizes linking breath and movement to create an internal rhythm for the practice. Our Soul Flow classes will allow you to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences including sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and more. ALL of our classes are accessible to all people. Our instructors can help you modify when needed, and challenge you to advance in your practice when appropriate. You will feel comfortable and supported if you want to kick up into handstand, or if you are walking into your first class. In addition to Asana (physical postures), you will also have the opportunity to explore pranayama (breathing) and deep relaxation. (This class is held in a non-heated space).
