SOULFIT 45 is our signature 45 MIN class,  an interval training workout alternating between bursts of intense activity with intervals of lighter activity.  SOULFIT 45 provides a whole body workout and is designed to build strength and endurance. Interval training utilizes a variety of equipment such as weights, sandbags, resistance bands, body weight movement,  and cardio bursts.  SOULFIT 45 promotes weight loss, an increase in cardiovascular efficiency and increases strength and endurance. This dynamic blend of mindful strength training and high intensity movements will push you to GET FIT!
