Pilates Studio

Tone & Restore Reformer Flow is a 55 minute class blending
targeted toning moves with deep lushes enlongated stretches. Each
move and breath is held a bit longer and goes a bit deeper. This
class is ideal for those wanting a challenging yet slower paced
class with deeper attention paid to ones movement, control and
breath. Each class is choreographed and programmed to seemlessly
connect each movement to the next minimizing the starts and stops
of a typical reformer class. Tone & Restore Reformer is also a
great place for begininers to start while still challenging
seasoned Pilates goers.

Single Session Pilates Equipment Class

Cancellation and Suspension Policy:All Auto Pay / Membership is a 3 month commitment. To cancel or suspend membership the member must notify Studio CORE Pilates in writing 30 days prior to their current contract is expiring. Example, member must notify us before the end of month 2 of current membership. If you do not notify us before this date, your membership will renew itself for an additional 3 months.Memberships can ONLY be suspended for medical reasons, including pregnancy. A doctor's note will need to be obtained and provided to verify. Memberships will NOT be suspended for travel or any other reason.

Monthly Unlimited Pilates Equipment

1 Week Unlimited Group Classes

This Membership is for 4 Group Pilates Equipment Classes per month.

Bronze Member Perks:
- Additional Group classes after 4 may be purchased at a discounted price of $30 each
- Private Sessions discounted to $75 each
