[Women Only] Kickboxing

Fighting Fit Kickboxing & Jiu Jitsu is a small-group martial
arts and fitness gym with classes both morning and evening, 7 days
a week.
--Kickboxing:  Perfect for people who want to burn calories
while beating the snot out of a punching bag. No experience
necessary! Our trainers will give you combinations to throw, as
well as exercises to do in between. Relieve stress while learning
to kick butt.
--Muay Thai & Jiu Jitsu:  These classes involve some
contact, but we keep it light and safe. You'll spend most of the
class with a partner, holding pads for each other or doing drills.
