About the Class

Yin Yoga focuses on increasing joint mobility and decreasing pain by exploring the body’s deep tissue though long-hold (2-5 minute) seated and reclined stretches. This inwardly-focused class will bring you a greater range of motion, less back and hip pain, and an increased flow of energy. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.   Great for all levels!
