Enjoy a unique and responsive blend of gentle movement and nurturing practices designed to calm the nervous system. Gentle movement and guided relaxation practices experienced during this class are intended to induce a peaceful state – physically, mentally, and emotionally. Over time, as you develop greater familiarity with experiences of deep rest and relaxation, you may also experience it as a profoundly spiritual practice leading you to a deeper connection to Self and more! Yoga props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, and eye pillows are available to support you during reclined and resting postures. Optional: You may wish to bring a light scarf to cover the eyes and a journal to record any insight revealed during practice.
