In this open level class, students will get a balance of comprehensive asana instruction, combined with a creative, accessible flow with an emphasis on using the breath to find a balance between effort and ease. Classes includes a mix of sun salutations and standing poses , as well as a backbends, forward bends, balances, and twists all of which are tailored to students’ practice level. Practices will vary in terms of the peak pose, theme or area of anatomy that we are focused on in a particular week. Beginners as well as advanced practitioners are welcome to take this class, and options will be given to fit various practice levels. Each class includes a brief centering and a guided deep relaxation to seal in the benefits of the asana.
