THIS IS AN ADVANCED CLASS!  YOU NEED 5 Foundations and either 3 Bounce,  FUNCTIONAL FITNESS OR BOOTCAMP CLASSES TO ATTEND THIS CLASS!  ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! FLEX is a challenging, but never defeating, barbell-based workout specifically designed to improve strength, power and speed. This total body workout incorporates fast-tempo resistance training, high-, medium- and low- weights, motivating, high-energy playlists, HIIT low-impact plyometric exercises. This class is ideal for those wanting to add  fun and effective weight lifting into their routine.
