About the Class

Welcome to the Youth boxing class for all levels of boxing and fitness experience. This class is designed for kids ages 7-16 who are looking for a full body boxing and condioning workout. This class will focus on improving conditioning, increase mental toughness, and build confidence, while working on self defense and breathing techniques. We will incorporate bag work, footwork drills, core exercises, strength building and HIIT workouts. This class is designed to inspire and motivate young athletes and teach them the art of boxing while having fun!
