This workshop is going to take you through the foundations of Acroyoga. You will learn progressive exercises that will safely lead you into a peak pose. After learning a few peak poses you will learn how to transition from one move to another. Safety is the number one priority so everyone will have spotters. If you ever been curious to try AcroYoga but a little nervous about it, this is the perfect intro workshop for you. You can come by yourself or with a friend and get ready to a have good time. After learning the foundations of AcroYoga you will learn how to safely go into each skill and transition from one move to the next.
