Before Sasha even learned to walk, she was already hearing and feeling the melodies of music. Raised in Uzbekistan, she grew up listening to Latin music, and after immigrating to the U.S. at age 15, she found her way to Salsa Salsa Dance Studio by 19. There, she worked diligently, learned to dance, and eventually began assisting in teaching. It’s been love, destiny, and progress ever since!As a dynamic dancer, Sasha brings years of experience in both Bachata and Salsa. She has taught alongside numerous instructors at Salsa Salsa, adding her unique flair to every class. Her styling adds an extra flavor to the dance floor, lighting up every social event she attends. Over the years, she has performed with Brooklyn Touch, Alma Latina, and the Salsa Salsa team.Passionate about dance, Sasha has trained with a wide variety of instructors, exploring different styles, genres, and the cultural roots behind each dance—whether it’s Salsa, Bachata, Reggaeton, Hip Hop, or more.Sasha believes that anyone, regardless of their background or experience, can learn to dance. She’s excited to help guide YOU on your dance journey!
