Admin Supervisor, Co-Director Contemporary Hip hop & Jazz Team, ballet, jazz, ballet & tap comboDanielle Hecker, a Texas native, graduated from Texas Christian University where she earned her BFA in Ballet and Modern Dance, was a TCU Scholar, and Dean’s List recipient. She grew up training at Chamberlain School of Ballet in Plano, TX under the direction of Kathy Chamberlain, Suzette Mariaux, Kevyn Robertson, and Shannon Werthman. At TCU, she studied under and performed in works by Elizabeth Gillaspy, Susan Douglas Roberts, Li-Chou Cheng, Heidi Latsky, and Suki John. She has also worked with guest artists including Arthur Mitchell, Jilliana, Wendy Whelan, Amanda McKerrow, John Gardner, and Susan Jaffe. In addition to classical dance training, Danielle works in Arts Administration and was the Director of Residence Life for the Joffrey Ballet School in New York City for eight years. Danielle also has a passion for musical theater. She has choreographed and performed in productions of Beauty and the Beast, The King and I, Damn Yankees, Hello, Dolly!, Beauty and the Beast, White Christmas, and My Fair Lady with McKinney Summer Musicals. Her other accolades include working at Walt Disney World and teaching dance in New York, Florida, and Texas.
