About the Class

Open to all skill levels. Your instructor will help you build strength, stamina, and flexibility through a variety of conditioning exercises and stretches.   What to Wear: Shorts highly encouraged – exposed skin (thighs and knee pits) will help you “grip” the pole, fabric can feel “slippery” and make it more difficult to sit on the pole and perform certain spins. Try to avoid lotion or body oil before class. Most students take the class barefoot or in socks.   What to Bring: Water bottle and yoga mat. The studio has a water cooler and extra yoga mats.
