About the Class

Open gym provides a flexible training environment for martial artists of all levels to hone their skills, work on specific techniques, and engage in free practice.  Key Features: Self-directed Practice: This is your time to work on whatever you choose. Whether you're refining form or drilling a challenging technique, the open format gives you the freedom to customize your training. All Skill Levels Welcome: Everyone is welcome. It's a great chance to ask peers for feedback or simply observe and learn from others. Equipment Access: Take advantage of the gym's equipment, from punching bags and focus mitts to any specialized gear your gym may have. Safe Environment: Even though it's an open practice, safety remains a priority. Please ensure that any sparring is consensual, protective gear is worn as required, and all gym rules are followed.

Special Instructions

While instructors may be present, open gym is not a structured lesson. Students are encouraged to take initiative in their training, but always adhere to gym rules and respect others' space and practice.
