How it works: The 20 min Far InfraRed Sauna breaks apart muscle congestion for more energy, burns 600 calories including fat, detoxes the body of heavy metals like arsinic, lead, and murcury. The Max Recovery Spray dilates blood vessels with magnesium and cleans tissues with hydrogen peroxide and combined with 5 Organic Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils begins detoxation. Then we add the pulsing compression of the NormaTec boots. While the boots decongest the legs, we simultaneousely use our Deep Cleaning massage techniques on the upper body. After to boots are off, we use the remaining time on the legs and back to complete the detox and restore muscle health.
