It started with the love of eating and experimenting with cooking. I started cooking when I was 7 years old. Not much later, it was driven by personal physical challenges relating to allergies and constant weight fluctuations. I tried everything recommended by the allopathic doctors and was continuously disappointed. It wasn’t until I took responsibility for my health and started learning about how the body worked in connection with energy that things started to make sense. I studied everything I could get my hands on and became a registered holistic nutritionist (RHN), a certified NLP practitioner and hypnotherapist. I also use my intuitive gifts to work through barriers we are challenged with.To heal all parts of anyone, the mind, body and spirit must align.Everyone can change any and every single element of their life. This has been proven over and over again.
