Open Water Rowing Center offers rowers sunequalled access to the
sheltered and wild waters of San Francisco and Richardson
Bays. Whether you are an experience rower, a complete beginner, or
just looking for the right equipment, let our expert staff help
you. 
OWRC provides rowing shells and coastal boats for recreational
and competitive rowing through membership. We also sell shells and
boats and provide boathouse storage. As part of our programming, we
offer a learn to row program, and progressive classes to develop
greater expertise and competition, special skill building, and
indoor fitness and rowing (erg) classes.
OWRC sponsors community events, including the Open Ocean
Regatta.
