We recommend working your way to 3 cycles (15 min of sauna followed by 1-3 min of cooling off) Connect with each other! Things to know / What to bring: 1) Bring your own towels. You will need a towel to sit on in the sauna and you will want a towel to dry off with afterwards. 2) Bring hydration! We recommend bringing at least half a liter of water. Stay hydrated by adding electrolytes. 3) Bring/wear flip-flops, sandals or slippers. You'll want something easy to slip on! 4) Yes there's a changing room, a bathroom, and a shower. 5) MOST IMPORTANTLY ... LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.
