This class goes beyond the shallower muscular stretch to dive deep into your connective tissue where the tendons and fascia live. Utilize props to shape yourself in the perfect position so that gravity, not your own strength, can pull you deeper into a pose. Find a peaceful state of mind, and release all of the tension and stress that lives in your body. Beginners are welcome, but be aware that holding poses can be an intense experience.
