Kirsten CastonUsui Reiki Master PractitionerKirsten has been a Usui Reiki Master practitioner since 2018, and espouses a holistic approach in her energy work. She is inspired by the ability of Reiki to heal and balance the body on all levels: mind, body and spirit, and is always focused on treating the client's whole self. As Kirsten says,"When the body is relaxed and the mindset and intention are present, Reiki can assist a person to re-balance, reduce stress, anxiety and pain, and release emotional blockages so that the body can begin the natural healing process. I believe Reiki intuitive healing starts with the heart and the mind and then moves on to everywhere else it is needed.”Kirsten also has certification in sound healing techniques including the use of singing bowls, tuning forks, and more through the Sound Healing Academy, and incorporates sound balancing techniques within her Reiki sessions.  She additionally uses stones and gems during sessions to balance the Chakras and channel the universal energy of Reiki.Kirsten is an extremely intuitive and powerful healer. Being in her presence is like basking in sunshine. She has a bright, sparkling energy and a warmth of spirit that immediately welcomes and puts others at ease.
