Initial Massage and Intake

About the Appointment

New Massage Clients We'll dive deeply into your health history and discuss your wellness goals for pain management. We'll work together to get you started on a path to living pain free. The initial appointment consists of a discussion around your intake form, getting a clear picture of what your expectations are for receiving body work, a 60 minute Full Body tuneup or Therapeutic Rehab Massage, and a few minutes at the end to discuss any questions you might have or suggestions the therapist might have for you. This may last 75-90 minutes in total depending on how involved your health history is.
