About the Class

Students will explore yoga tools to help manage stress, making more space for compassion, resilience, and skillful action. Practices will be designed to build awareness for students around their experiences of strong emotions and anxiety as a response that can be present alongside joy, fulfillment, and hope. Yoga is complementary practice and is not intended to be used in place of qualified healthcare, including mental healthcare. This offering should not be used in place of a visit, call, consultation or advice of your health care provider or mental healthcare provider.
