About the Class

Enjoy this 60 minute online Anusara-Inspired Level 1 and Level 2 morning yoga class! Connect to your heart, align your body, and breathe into life! I will stay after to answer any questions you may have! Please note that my class times are at Mountain Time (Utah) so please adjust accordingly! You will need to arrive early to this class (at least 3 minutes before the start time). I do start my classes on time! You must register for the class by 9:30pm MT the night before, you will receive your email with the zoom link 1-2 hours before the class starts. You NEED to have your account set to receive emails from me otherwise you won't get the link-I'm not sending out massive group emails so you will not receive those emails from me.  

Special Instructions

This class may or may not use props (as you may or may not need props)-I will do my best not to be prop heavy if at all. The props you might need are: a yoga/exercise mat - or a space you will not slip on blocks - or books to help elevate your body, sturdy but will also not slip or break if you put weight on them. blankets- to give your seat or knees a cushion- you can also use towels-just make sure they are thick and sturdy. bolster- a cushion to support you- sturdy pillows or seat cushions can work. Strap- or a scarf, shirt, or tie.
