Int/Adv Parkour develops higher-level techniques for athletes ready to push beyond the basic of parkour fundamentals. Students train dynamic vaults, wall runs, precisions, and advanced flow combinations, with a focus on power, efficiency, and clean execution. Sessions build strength, agility, and discipline, while encouraging confidence and creativity in movement.
