JamFit's new location in
Kanata, opening in summer 2025, will be an expansion of the energy
studio concept, offering a dynamic range of fitness classes and
programs for all ages. This location will cater to individuals and
families looking for high-energy group fitness, strength training,
and specialized programs like kickboxing, yoga, Zumba, and
Jamnastics.
The Kanata studio will
also host summer
camps, providing an engaging environment for kids to
develop strength, coordination, and confidence through
movement-based activities. With a focus on calisthenics, bodyweight training, and
cardiovascular health, JamFit Kanata will be an inclusive
space for all fitness levels.
