About the Class

A heavy strength workout that focuses on unilateral movements that will help equalise muscle imbalances, stabilisers and strengthen your core. A stationary class led by TEMPL. trainer at the front. Members will have their own box with kettlebells and dumbbells. <strong></strong>3 circuits with 4 exercises in each.  Unilateral exercises (55 seconds of work,15 seconds rest). Bilateral (40 seconds of work,15 seconds rest). Perform 3 rounds of each exercise (3 sets per exercise).
