The Accessory Hour - This class is focused on accessory movements for crossfit and strength training Using bodybuilding movements, gymnastics movements and barbell training to help fill in necessary gaps for CrossFit training in a slower non cardio based format. Each class will cover both upper and lower body accessory training. Concepts and training covered:Forearm grip strength Core Strength Hamstring , glutes and quadsCalfs and Tibialis Biceps and tricepsShoulder health and strengthLat and chest strength & more This class will not include complex barbell lifts, gymnastics movements or cardio.
