About the Class

Stretch and Strength is equal parts mobility and flexibility training, body weight strength exercises, breathwork and meditation to finish. This is what we call a true Mind/Body experience as the class blends the well being of outdoor grounding and breath exercises with non impact strength exercises. This class allows you to truly find calm and balance by enjoying the sunshine, warm breeze and sounds of the birds while outside. There is no impact and no cardio exercises in this class.  This class is perfect for beginners and up, or anyone looking to enhance their mobility for greater strength training benefits.
