Coach Lex will be putting on a mobility-based recovery workout occasionally on Saturdays and weekly on Wednesdays. This class is perfect for those who want to move mindfully without stressing their sore muscles from the week’s strength workouts. Introducing movement as a means of helping our muscles recover is much more beneficial than staying at home & doing nothing. Members can also take advantage of this class after their workout by booking in with the FREE drop in session. Please note to bring a foam roller, matt, yoga blocks and rubber band if you have these items at your disposal.
