FRST Fitness

Join us for either an in person or virtual class or open gym visit. Single use only, cannot be used with any other offers. Please email info@frstfitness.com for more details. 

FRST Drop In (Class or Open Gym)

Open Gym membership, valid one (1) year from first visit.

FRST Open Gym (YEAR PAY IN FULL)

Access to unlimited classes, on a month to month basis - no contract and no cancelation fees. Single month pass must be cancelled 30 days in advance.

Single Month Class Pass

FRST OPEN GYM (O.G) entitles you to all open gym times each and every month. As a FRST O.G member, You’ll be able to get your sweat by booking your time slot. With our smaller space size, we require all O.G’s to reserve their spots.Payments will be bi-weekly, at the rate of $22.49 +HST, and reoccurring. 30 day cancellation policy applies to Open Gym Memberships. Members will be offered 30 days (one month) of consecutive hold time.  For all other details, please inquire within.

30 Day Open Gym (OG) Pass

Fear of commitment? We won’t judge. Grab a FRST 20 Pass and pop in whenever you’d like. At only $14.25/drop in, this is a great option for people who travel in and out of the area, or those who are looking for a great workout from time to time. Come one, come all weekend warriors! 

Please note this 20 class pack has an expiry date of 18 months from first use. But, you'll love these classes so much, you'll use them before that.

FRST 20 Class Pass (20 pack)

Fear of commitment? We won’t judge. Grab a FRST 10 Pass and pop in whenever you’d like. At only $17.5/drop in, this is a great option for people who travel in and out of the area, or those who are looking for a great workout from time to time. Come one, come all weekend warriors! 

Please note this 10 class pack has an expiry date 12 months from first visit. But, you'll love these classes too much to let it grow that old.

FRST 10 Class Pass (10 Pack)

For those who want it ALL, this is for you. This membership gives you access to ALL classes, ALL open gym time, and ALL perks and amenities FRST has to offer. Our All Access Pass is like getting a personal trainer and a private gym, all in one!
ONLY $55 biweekly.

All Access Pass

You'll get access to unlimited classes, plus all the perks and amenities FRST has to offer. The biggest benefit is our class programming - it is truly like no other. Find your new favorite way to sweat with our STRONG or FITT classes today!

FRST Class Pass

Your FRST two classes are on us! - Use this pass for trying out our STRONG, FITT, MIX or MIX XL classes, as well as Open Gym sessions. This pass will expire 2 weeks after the first booking. One per customer.
