About the Appointment

Level 2 – Personal Trainer University Degree or equivalent Training in the Body Engineers Philosophy Knowledge and experience with the Body Engineers custom exercise machines Knowledge of Basic Anatomy (superficial muscles) Fat Loss Programming Hypertrophy and Strength Training Programming 2-3 years’ experience level (Level 2) Further Education credits in either nutrition, programming or assessment (Level 2)

Special Instructions

*Please ensure you bring indoor only shoes for use in the gym. Outdoor shoes are not permitted on the gym floor* Please come in workout clothes or bring them with you to change into.  A small single person changing room area is available in the disabled toilet along with limited shower facilities. Please bring a towel and water bottle for use during your session.  Filtered tap water is available in the studio.
