About the Class

Our yoga classes are designed to build strength and promote flexibility while creating alignment as well as elongating the joints and opening the muscles through internal and external rotation.  Guided movement through breathe and flows which include balance help to clear and calm the mind, and gain focus.

Required: Yoga Mat   This class can be done with or without the following props:   Yoga Blocks Yoga Straps Bolsters/Firm pillow/Cushion
