Pool Coaching Session (Non Video)
About the Appointment
This session will be totally tuned to your needs irrespective of your ability from complete novice just wanting to get started with the freestyle stroke, through to experienced freestylers looking for input to fine tune their stroke. **Please note this session DOES NOT include video analysis.
Special Instructions
This session will be at Tadcaster Community Swimming Pool, 32 Westgate, Tadcaster LS24 9AB. When you arrive, there will be one of our Squad pool sessions running and please juat head through to the changing rooms. Please note that once you've passed through reception and into the pool hall you must remove your outdoor footwear. If required please fetch some flipflops or similar. When you enter poolside just let one of our coaches know you are here for a 121 session and they will direct you to your coach.
