About the Event
90 Minute Immersive Floating Sound Bath with Alli In this 90 minute workshop while floating in your suspension rig in the air, Alli will guide you through a Sound Bath! Wrap yourself up in the canopy for this beautiful weightless Floating Sound Bath experience. Please note that once made, Event bookings (workshops, courses and trainings) cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason unless the Event itself is cancelled. Please ensure you use this pass to reserve your space in the Event. You will receive a separate booking email, confirming your space is reserved. Please ensure if booking more than one space you enrol all participants.
Special Instructions
We are looking forward to seeing you all at the Immersive Floating Sound Bath. It's a good idea to wear warm comfortable layers as there will be both moments of movement where you will be warmer and moments of stillness where you might want to add layers. You can also wear socks. Please bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle. All other props are provided. If you have any injuries or medical conditions please inform Alli when you arrive. Studio information: please leave plenty of time to get to the studio (or log on if you are attending virtually) to ensure a safe & harmonious experience for all, latecomers will not be permitted as the teacher will already be in the class. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start of class.
