About the Class

This is our newest class!  It is designed for clients transitoning from attending formal Physical Therapy to completing their Home Exercises at home, but prefer to do them in a group/office setting. Focusing on the clients who are 65+.   This class is a total body workout focusing on core, arms, legs, and cardio.  It will utltize a mat, small weights, a chair, and resistance bands.  This class will have some exercises complete on the ground, but those can be modified if a client is unable to get onto the ground.   For those clients who took the online classes during COVID19 these classes will be similair to those classes.
