Inspired by SPARK Lite and STAY Strong Classes, Jude was inspired to create Yoga Lite for ALL ages and ALL bodies. Focusing on SPARK45’s underlying foundation of healthy muscular/skeletal range of movement, class will focus on maintaining mobility, balance and strength through the lens of Physical Therapy and Yoga. The class will use blocks, chairs, straps and the wall to provide support and stability while moving in and out of asana (postures) and incorporating pranayama (stretching the breath) to create a subtle, deep, layered practice. SPARK45 has all the equipment you need, and you are also welcome to bring your own.
For new clients please arrive 10-15 minutes early for class to allow time for set-up. For returning clients please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time to set up and settle into the space.
