For the greatest results, we combine both a Recovery Tech Stack and a Tune-Up in this single 55 minute session. You'll start with the Recovery Coach getting inputon your goals and how you're feeling. We'll recommend the best STACK options for your goals based on the Four Pillars of Recovery You'll receive a 30 minute Tech STACK followed by a 30 minute TUNE-UP. In your TUNE-UP session the Recovery Specialist will use both Stretching and Tissue Work to help you recover and make progress towards your wellness goals. For members this uses 2 session credits.
The one-on-one Tune-Up portion of your recovery session takes place in our open and comfortable recovery space. During a session you are fully clothed so wearing loose clothing helps us treat the areas you need. Upper body: Wearing a loose tank top is best so we can work on the neck, back, and shoulders. Lower body: Athletic shorts are the best option for lower body work. For your convenience we have tank tops available for purchase. There are changing areas available so you change here if you prefer.
