Integrity Elite Training

About the Class

  Integrity Elite Training is a basketball development class for athletes ages 13 to 17. With 3 to 4 dedicated trainers, players are grouped by skill level to ensure targeted and effective coaching. Training takes place on Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced courts, allowing each athlete to train at the appropriate intensity. Each 1-hour session incorporates advanced equipment, including heavy balls, agility ladders, power bands, and shooting machines. The focus is on refining technique, building strength, and preparing players for high-level competition.
