With a background in massage and bodywork, she brings a deep understanding of movement and recovery to every session. Known for her warm, welcoming energy, Derice has a knack for helping newcomers feel confident with weights—and she’s always the one rounding up the ladies for post-workout brunch. She turned her passion for fitness into purpose by getting certified and now thrives on building community and lifting others up, inside and outside the gym.
